Listening to a Non Creative Person

You cannot oppose a person sent by your Company or your Boss.

2.Grade your Question.
Non-Creative People don't like to be asked "too much Questions" because you shall be termed a Rebel or a Destroyer.

3.Whatever you have keep it to yourself.
We have different brains under one roof.Some People will appreciates your input. You will be termed a "threat".Do what will help you.

4.Non Creative People like Privacy.
If you see that you have a good suggestion see him/her privately and size him,her up.You will be saving your job.

5.Non Creative People like to appear Wise.
As long as his/her does not harm you,pick it up.If it does modify it.

Indifferent People

There are People who don't accept any help from any source be at family,relative, community or even any genuine job offer worse from internet of course depending from which country they come from.They have the modern gadgets.They use their cellphones just to  put more airtime,they don't see that their cellphones,iPads can offer them a job. I believe  that no one  was born indifferent or vulgar stigma.It is the habit which was acquired through the environment which was built fedup by parents,friends, local education and general the media.
