Meaning of Creativity

I wrote  many times about the Creative
Mind but I did not explain:
-What is the  Creative Mind?
-Who can have a Creative  Mind?
-How  do  you see/know a Creative Person.
-At what  year does  Creative Mind start?
-Home  Creativity Versus Formal Creativity?

What is the Creative Mind?
I regard  such a person such as a Problem
Solver.
This person  is got a Creative Thinking and
is got a relevant  application in all the decisions of Life.

Who can have a Creative Mind?
Not anyone can be Creative.A Creative Person is  got vision.This Person believes
in the developmental application.Actual that Person is a Leader.

How do you see/know a Creative Person?
This Person grades his/her statements and questions  and try to "fit" you to your level.

At what   year does  a Creative Mind start?
As early as one year old which is influenced  by
-Food
-Play level(of which you  must get  some 
lessons  from experts  or to pay for the experts who will co-ordinate wisdom bond
Program.
The Smiles,Hands and Motor.

Home  Education Versus  the Formal Education.
If the Home Education is bad,the Formal
Education will be harder to grasp.

Indifferent People

There are People who don't accept any help from any source be at family,relative, community or even any genuine job offer worse from internet of course depending from which country they come from.They have the modern gadgets.They use their cellphones just to  put more airtime,they don't see that their cellphones,iPads can offer them a job. I believe  that no one  was born indifferent or vulgar stigma.It is the habit which was acquired through the environment which was built fedup by parents,friends, local education and general the media.
